Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card required for Starter and Growth plans. Business plan requires a card to start the trial. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
How does WhatsApp conversation billing work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of WhatsApp conversations. If you exceed your allowance, overages are billed at $0.002 per conversation at the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days, then permanently delete it. We'll send you a reminder before deletion.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you support local payment methods?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) in all currencies. Paymob (Egypt) and Tap (GCC) are coming in Q3 2026.
Is my data stored in the region?
Currently all data is stored in Google Cloud us-central1 (Iowa). Data residency in me-central1 (Doha) for UAE/SA tenants is on the Q3 2026 roadmap.
