By using the Zold platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Zold is a cloud-based real estate operating system providing CRM, WhatsApp integration, AI tools, inventory management, and HR and payroll tools for real estate teams.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. All subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. Billing is in advance at the start of each billing period.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Zold complies with applicable data protection laws in Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
